Bread Omelette Sandwich Recipe 🍳| The Foodie Butterfly
Easiest Breakfast recipe to Make on your busy days or on days when you are on the go. This recipe is a very simple and common Indian recipe & is no new term to anyone. But if you are a beginner just like me and want to have it in your breakfast/snack here is the step by step guide for the recipe.
4 Slices of Bread
1 large onion
Any vegetable of your choice (Capsicum, tomato)
5-6 coriander leaves
2 Tbsp Oil/ butter
salt as per taste
Black pepper as per taste
1) Break 2 eggs into a pot. Add finely chopped vegetables, onions, salt, green chillies, and finely chopped coriander leaves into it. Mix all the ingredients together. 2) Heat a pan and add 1 Tbsp oil/butter into it. Cut the bread slices diagonally into half & Place the bread on the pan. 3) Pour 1 ladle of the egg mixture over one side of it, wait for a minute and flip it over. Repeat the same on the other side and press lightly. 4) Wait till the egg is cooked and turn it over for the bread to be toasted. 🍳
5)You Can garnish it with a little butter on top or tomato ketchup, if you feel like!
