How to Get Healthy Glowing Skin at home| Ultimate Guide for Healthy Skin| Sudha Saswati Nayak

I was really worried about my skin for a long time and just like everyone else, I googled it and tried all those things described in various articles and Videos because I never knew what would work out for me. After experimenting for a whole month, I was not fully satisfied with the results.


Moreover, It was not a permanent solution for getting healthy skin. So, I did my research once again, but this time with all natural ingredients and process. You won't find any brand recommendations in this blog post because I have only included those things which are easily available at home or can be made at home easily.


This is a long-term process (1 month) and You have to follow it every night before going to sleep. I have already began doing it and I am surprised with the results. So hope it will help you out as well.


Day 1


Step 1- Remove all the make up, if you have any.

Step 2- Wash your face using lukewarm water.

Step 3- Pat dry with a clean towel.

Step 4- Apply Virgin Coconut Oil on face using hands.


Benefits- It helps to soothe your skin and reduce irritations.

Day 2


Repeat Step 1 to Step 3 of Day 1.

Step 4- Apply Aloe Vera on face. (Fresh Aloe Vera, extracted from the stick)

step 5- Wash your face with lukewarm water after 15-20 minutes.


Day 3


Repeat Step 1 to Step 3 of Day 1.

Step 4- Apply Raw milk on face.

Step 5- Wash your face with normal water after 20 minutes.


Day 4

Repeat Step 1 to Step 3 of Day 1.

Step 4- Cut a Tomato into 3-4 slices.

Step 5-Massage it on your face and neck for 8-10 minutes.

Step 6- Wash your face with normal water after 30 minutes.

Day 5

Repeat Step 1 to Step 3 of Day 1.

Step 4- Mix Honey & Lemon juice. (1:1 ratio)

Step 5- Apply it on face, excluding eyebrows,

Step 6- Wash your face with lukewarm water after 20 minutes.


Day 6

Repeat Step 1 to Step 3 of Day 1.

Step 4- Grate a cucumber, add 1 Tbsp yogurt to it. Mix it well.

Step 5- Apply it to your face and neck.

Step 6- Wash your face with normal water after 10 minutes.


Day 7

Repeat Step 1 to Step 3 of Day 1.

Step 4- Apply Olive Oil on face using hands.

Step 5- Massage it on your face using fingers in upward circular motions for 8-10 minutes.

Step 6- Place a Hot towel (after wringing out excess water, You need the heat only) on your face.

Step 7- Wipe away the oil by the same towel.


Day 8

Repeat Step 1 to Step 3 of Day 1.

Step 4- Dip a cotton ball in the rose water and apply it on your face and neck.

you can leave it overnight and wash your face in the morning.


Benefits- It acts as a toner by cleansing and refreshing the skin.


Day 9

Repeat Step 1 to Step 3 of Day 1.

Step 4- Mash a ripe banana and add some milk. (1 banana+1 Tbsp milk)

Step 5- Apply it on your face and neck.

Step 6- Leave for 15 minutes and then wash it off with cold water.


Day 10

Repeat Step 1 to Step 3 of Day 1.

Step 4- Mix the Orange Peel and Rose water. (Thick Paste)

Step 5- Apply it on your face and neck.

Step 6- After 15 minutes, Rinse it off with cold water.


After 10 days, You would start seeing the results. Now Repeat the same for next 20 days.

And when 30 days are over, your skin would be as beautiful as you!


Things To Remember:

Cleansing - twice everyday

Moisturize your face twice a day.

Exfoliating- 2-3 times a week.

1) Virgin Coconut Oil

2) Honey- purchased it from a local Ayurvedic shop.

3) Olive Oil

4) Rose Water

This is my kind of self-care guys. It feels good when I do something like this to take care of myself everyday! Night is the best time for these sessions. I remember starting this as a #30dayschallenge and felt really proud of myself after completion of 30 days. So I would suggest you to do this every night for your own benefits.
